Managed IT Services in Nigeria for Oil & Gas Operators
Nigeria's Local Content Framework
Nigeria’s NOGICD Act requires vendors to demonstrate local content compliance before any contract is awarded – the NCDMB enforces this directly, and the burden sits with the supplier. Total Secure contracts through locally constituted entities, with a registered office in Malabo and sister entities in the UAE and UK. We have direct experience structuring agreements that pass local content review, on active programmes currently in the field.
Total Secure is an established vendor to EG LNG S.A. at Punta Europa, where we have supplied Cisco infrastructure and Microsoft licensing, with our local engineering team currently on site supporting the EGLNG network migration programme. We also deliver Documentum support and SQL Server database maintenance to AMPCO at Punta Europa. References available on request.
